Automatic Registration - Monthly Educational Webinar

What is included?
Your annual, Essential Membership includes anytime access to more than 20 videos currently available in the video library. Each month, you'll be automatically registered for the live Educational Webinar. When that session is complete, the video will be added to the library. Other materials, such as handouts and "quick tip" videos will be added to the library periodically, too. Essential Membership also includes access to a private Facebook Group. This is for you to ask questions and connect with other private club professionals.
What does it cost?
The Essential Membership is an annual membership. Members may choose to pay a monthly fee of $97 or pay annually, $970 and receive two months free. The Essential Membership is one membership for one club, with no limit on the number of users.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. Your happiness is my priority. I stand behind my education training programs 100%. If you are not satisfied with your membership, simply contact Shanna within 30 days of your purchase for a refund. Memberships will renew annually. After 30 days, refunds are not provided. Those paying monthly will continue to be billed until the end of their annual membership. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
What if I  move to another club?
Memberships are not transferable from club to club. The membership belongs to the club, not the individual. If an employee who has access to the membership leaves the club, it is the responsibility of the club to change the login information. Simply contact Shanna for assistance.
Do you offer 1 on 1 consultations?
Of course! If you desire a bit more personal attention and coaching, we can set up a Strategy Session or plan for a private consultation. Strategy Sessions are a 2 hour phone call and can be scheduled at any time. Private consultation can be conducted at your club or through a series of online sessions. Meet Shanna Bright

Shanna Bright is the founder of Bright Life Media and Private Clubs Online. Shanna began her career in private clubs as the Member Relations Director at the City Club Los Angeles. Following her award-winning tenure at City Club, Shanna moved overseas, spending five years in Japan teaching English before landing in Vietnam. She served as the Sales & Marketing
Director of a boutique hotel group, with properties in both Vietnam and Laos. Shanna returned to the US in 2011 and began a new adventure in entrepreneurship.

Shanna has spoken with several CMAA Chapters across the nation, and has presented at national conferences for CMAA, ACCP and PCMA. She presented "Happy Kids Make Future Members" at the 2020 CMAA World Conference and Club Business Expo. Shanna has also just been invited to return to the 2nd Annual CMAA Communication Summit in March and will present "Say Cheese! Capturing Quality Photos and Video of Member Events."

She has provided consultation, education and training to dozens of clubs in the US. In May of 2019, Shanna was delighted to "go international" by bringing the Member Communication Workshop to the Asian Club Managers Conference in Hong Kong and consultation with the Hong Kong Golf Club.
